Our Truths - Nuestras Verdades

Our Truths - Nuestras Verdades is a printed magazine published by Exhale twice a year, in English and Spanish. Its mission is to bring to light the diversity of abortion experiences by inviting each woman to speak her own truth, in her own voice. Through daring essays, reflective poems, and bold illustrations, contributors have the freedom to bust myths, challenge stereotypes, confront judgment, and explore social questions.

Our Truths is pro-voice.

Our Truths is one of Exhales peace-waging efforts to create a new way for the world to talk about and understand abortion. We're building a new social climate, one based on support and respect for each person's unique experience with abortion. In order to create this new social climate, we must make room for the millions of women who have had abortions to tell their own stories. Their voices and their experiences must lead the discussion.

We call this approach pro-voice, and it is the wedge of things to come.
